I'm Jenn Hernandez, based in Florida. I run service businesses of my own, and I coach other owners through starting theirs through Tropical Coaching.
When I started, I did what everyone does: a website builder, a booking app, a CRM, a payment tool, each one another monthly bill. Most of them didn't talk to each other, and none of them were mine. So I started building my own systems, and then building them for other owners.
That's what Cornerstone is. A cornerstone is the first stone set in a building, the one everything else is lined up against. I try to run the business the same way: honest pricing, plain terms, and work you can stand on.
Today I build business systems, websites, AI agents and Ready-to-Launch business kits for owners across the US, and I share what I learn with a following of more than 200,000 people on TikTok and Instagram.
I take a few builds at a time, and I'm in every one of them myself.
