Who do you work with?
Service businesses that are ready for real systems: cleaning, beauty, marine, fitness, home services, food and retail, and new owners starting with a business kit.
Why do I need to apply?
I take a few builds at a time so each one gets my full attention. The application helps me see if we're a fit before either of us spends time on a call.
What is the strategy call?
A paid 60-minute call where we map out your system: what it should do, what it replaces, and the order to build it in. The fee is credited to your build if you start within 30 days.
How long does a build take?
It depends on the system. Your proposal includes a timeline with milestones, before you pay anything.
What if you're fully booked?
You can still apply. You'll join the waitlist, and I reach out in order as spots open.
Ownership and costs
What does "own it outright" mean?
Your website, app and data live in accounts in your name: your domain, your hosting, your Stripe. There's no Cornerstone platform to log into and no monthly fee to us. If we ever stop working together, everything keeps running.
What will I pay after it's built?
Your own domain and hosting, usually about $150 to $300 a year, paid directly to the provider. If you have an AI agent, its usage is billed by your AI provider. A care plan is optional, never required.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Projects start with a deposit, and payment plans are available. On a plan, the accounts move fully into your name after your final payment. All terms are in your agreement before anything starts.
How do payments work?
Securely by card or bank through an invoice or payment link. Scope, refunds and changes are spelled out in the agreement you approve before work begins.
Can you work with my current website or tools?
Often, yes. We'll decide on your strategy call what to keep, what to replace, and how to move your data over.
Business kits
What is a ready-to-launch business?
A business that's already built, so you skip the setup: website, app and owner admin, brand, pricing and contracts, supplier list, startup checklist, SOPs, marketing training and a handoff call. See the kits.
Do I need experience?
No. Kits are built for total beginners, and the marketing training is included.
What does "one buyer per area" mean?
Each area is sold to one buyer only, so nobody else can buy the same kit for your area. I confirm your area is open when we talk.
Is the startup checklist legal advice?
No. It's a checklist of what to set up in your state. For legal questions, talk to a licensed attorney.
AI agents
Will an AI agent make things up?
It answers only from information you approve and hands off to you when it isn't sure. We test it on real questions before it goes live, and you can read every conversation.
What does an agent cost to run?
It runs on your own AI account, so you pay the provider directly for what it uses, with no markup. We'll estimate it on your strategy call.
