Who we are

Cornerstone Digital is operated by Tropical Coaching, based in Florida. Contact: jennifer@tropicalcoaching.com.

What we collect

When you apply, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone, location, business details, what you need, your timeline and your message. We also note which page or post brought you to the site (such as UTM tags and the referring page), so we can see which content is working.

If you become a client, we also keep project details, files you share, agreements you sign and payment records.

How we use it

Only to reply to your application, plan and deliver your project, send updates and reminders, and handle payment. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Only the owner of Cornerstone Digital. Your information is stored with our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare). Emails are sent through our email provider (Resend). If you pay, payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count visits without advertising cookies or tracking you across other sites.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept as long as needed for the project, support, and tax and legal requirements.
